There is a kettle, microwave, tableware and no toiletries, but that wasn't a problem as we had our own. "This is a budget hotel you get what you pay for. We were very happy with good value price, it has a pool, we had good breakfast and there are options for parking. We have stayed previously and will stay again as central location near, bus station, city centre, restaurants, near the Waterford Greenway. The hotel is dated but the rooms are spotless and the staff friendly. We will be back. Hard to get goid value like this around so thank you to Tracey. It was packed in the bar on our return Friday evening so others must think the same. Teresa and Paul"
