6 HOLIDAY HOLIDAY HOUSE: DEPANDANCE WITH FENCED PRIVATE COURT

Ideal geographical context.
In the countryside but just minutes from the villages, villages, spas and the sea.
A few minutes from medieval villages such as Populonia, Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, Massa Marittima.
Archaeological and natural parks within walking distance.
The farm has been finely restored paying particular attention to maintaining the typical Tuscan rustic style. In fact, the structure is presented both inside and outside in stone with "face" with arches and ceilings made of hand-made bricks, a source of pride and uniqueness of our holiday home.
The farm consists of two types of apartment both advertised on the Homelidays ad HDTI 6120402 website:
A) Two-room apartment on the ground floor with a veranda where you can also have lunch. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and oven, bathroom with shower, LCD TV with digital terrestrial, air conditioning, heating with heat pump for the winter , screens on windows, hairdryer.

An extra bed can be added.
B) Three-room apartment on the 1st floor with a large semi-covered terrace where you can also eat with a view of the swimming pool and the garden.
The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single or double beds depending on your needs, 1 living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and oven, bathroom with shower, LCD TV with digital terrestrial, air conditioning, heating with heat pump for the winter, screens on the windows, hairdryer.

Outside you can use free wifi.
The two apartments have been made with care by the owner, who maintaining the atmosphere of the typical Tuscan country house with exposed and vaulted interiors, handmade brick arches, made them elegant and very comfortable.
Each apartment has its own entrance and can enjoy large spaces in the garden equipped with tables for outdoor dining. The structure is family-run so the reception, the availability around the clock is guaranteed, providing guests maximum comfort for their stay by providing information and reservations for horse riding, dinners at the restaurant, excursions to the many natural parks, centers wellness, visits to Etruscan archeological sites, medieval villages, festivals and village festivals of the moment.

"Appartement superbe, très propre mais situé à 01h30 de route de Livourne. Pas idéal quand on prend le traversier pour Bastia (Corse)à 08h00 le matin, trop loin."
