A) Two-room apartment on the ground floor with a veranda where you can also have lunch. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and oven, bathroom with shower, LCD TV with digital terrestrial, air conditioning, heating with heat pump for the winter , screens on windows, hairdryer.

B) Three-room apartment on the 1st floor with a large semi-covered terrace where you can also eat with a view of the swimming pool and the garden.
The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single or double beds depending on your needs, 1 living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and oven, bathroom with shower, LCD TV with digital terrestrial, air conditioning, heating with heat pump for the winter, screens on the windows, hairdryer.

The two apartments have been made with care by the owner, who maintaining the atmosphere of the typical Tuscan country house with exposed and vaulted interiors, handmade brick arches, made them elegant and very comfortable.
Each apartment has its own entrance and can enjoy large spaces in the garden equipped with tables for outdoor dining.
