B) Three-room apartment on the 1st floor with a large half-covered terrace where you can also eat with a view of the pool and garden.
The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single or double beds according to your needs, 1 living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and oven, bathroom with shower, LCD TV with digital terrestrial, air conditioning, heating with heat pump for the winter, mosquito nets on the windows, hairdryer.

The two apartments have been carefully designed by the owner, who maintaining the atmosphere of the typical Tuscan country house with exposed interiors and vaults, handmade brick arches, has made them elegant and very comfortable.
