The house is rented exclusively, that is no other guests during your stay. The house has 5 double bedrooms all with private bathroom, one of which for DISABLED, air conditioning and flat screen TV, free WIFI, equipped kitchen, large living room with fireplace, a charming front courtyard and a large garden rear with POOL equipped for outdoor dining with outdoor shower. House suitable for disabled people, all on the ground floor with disabled toilet. Public Parking at 30 meters. The house is 25 meters away from the central square of the town / pedestrian area. The large back garden with swimming pool where you can spend enchanting days and summer evenings in convivial meetings. The price refers to the entire house exclusively available for max 11 people.
Available in cold season, upon request the wellness room ( cost : euro 100 per hour for max 4 people).

Great location in town centre but very peaceful inside villa. Villa well appointed, very comfortable, great pool area. Shops, bars within easy walking distance, supermarket accessible on foot, larger one by car. Town delightful - very friendly. Great support from local representative ( Milena)

We stayed here with our families as we were getting married in Lecce. We rented the whole villa and it was nothing short of amazing! So much space, an amazing pool, great kitchen and all rooms had their own bathrooms. Highly recommend! We also loved Campi, the people were all so friendly and accommodating! Lots of love from Australia!

Lovely property, felt like an oasis. Next to a piazza with a lot of activity. Close to bars, coffee, restaurants, and stores. Really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy. We never had an issue parking. It was easy to gather as a group and also have seperate areas for privacy. Close to Lecce too about a 15 min drive, lots to do there as well.

Perfect place for an extended family get together. Lovely outside space with a kid friendly pool. Campi Salentina works well as a central location to explore Puglia from. Very good communications and a smooth rental experience.

Great villa in a non-touristy little town

We stayed as two families with 5 children from 5-10 years old. It is a great villa in a quaint little town off the tourist circuit. Great location for checking out the region. Would happily stay again. Great cafe, restaurant and bakery within 50m walk.

Fabulous stay

Wonderful villa !! Beautiful and stylish. Lovely restaurants near by and bars and gelato. Air conditioning brilliant and the swimming pool was the best!’ And Milena was great and nothing was to much trouble.

A Lovely Guest House

Fenisia Guest house is a lovely place to stay. We were 6 friends traveling through Puglia and we enjoyed being able to gather in the dining room, the living room and around the pool. The check in process was so easy and Milena was very helpful with the whole process. The house was located close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Charming town. Great House!

Tons of space and lots of privacy for everyone. Great entertaining / dining area and the pool is perfect for kids and adults alike. The house is right in the middle of a charming little town. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. Literally loved everything about it!

Family visit --- Amazing

We visited for 1 week with 3 different families sharing the accomdations and couldnt have been happier. The house was well kept and clean. The pool area with covered seating was just what the doctor order for those jot afternoons in Puglia. The town is very quaint with many l9cals in the square during the summer vacation period which really gave our visit an authentic italian feel. Melina and her husband went above and beyond to enayre our every need was met which was greatly appreciated. with

Beautiful house with everything you need

We had a fantastic time at the Fenisia Guest House - it was a great place to hang out but also to use as a base from which to visit other places - Lecce, and nearby beaches. The house is just beautiful and had everything that we needed. Milena was a fantastic host - very attentive and responsive to what we needed. When we had a small issue with the hot water, she was at the house with a plumber in 15 minutes and it was fixed soon after! Thank you for everything!

Wonderful accommodation with amazing pool

We had a lovely time in the centre of mCampi Salentina which is a small town with picturesque square and some good pubs, bars, cafes, ice cream parlour and supermarkets. You enter via a historic door to a stone courtyard where there is access to individual rooms. Each room has a bathroom, fridge, tv etc. Then there is the main house with kitchen and living room and pool courtyard beyond. The arrangement was perfect for our party of 6 adults and 5 kids. Kitchen was well appointed and everything worked. Pool was superb and big enough for kids to play in. Host was available and helpful but not intrusive. Double beds were quite firm by English standards but the majority of our party were raving that once tried they gave the best nights sleep they had ever had. Tv reception was a little unreliable and I am not sure if there were racks to hang towels and swim wear etc but we just hang on chairs outside as it was so hot. Bathrooms were working well and clean but with a few minor improvements could be perfect such as new shower head. In general an extremely beautiful, clean, characterful property and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking to visit this area of Puglia.

A Perfect Base in Puglia

If you are going to Puglia and need a base, this is the place. There are not a lot of options in the region with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms with a pool. The town is small but everything you possibly need is in walking distance. Several grocery stores, a specialty deli, a fish store, fresh pasta store, meat market and vegetable stores all on Via Taranto. While there is no nightlife, there are several places to get a cocktail before dinner and gelato after dinner. The restaurants are good, but we had more fun cooking our meals at the house. The house is perfect and charming. You enter through a wood door to find 4 bedrooms around a courtyard (the photos with the blue doors) then you enter the main house into the sitting room and to the right is the master. From the sitting area you enter the large dining room and then to the right a perfectly stocked kitchen. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room and a half bath. The best part of the house is the pool area which has a reading room off to the side. This could be used as an extra bedroom. Our hosts were amazing and attentive and the people in town welcomed us! There is a wine coop within walking distance that we found too late (it's only open 8-12) and a short drive to Guagnano you will find the Cantele Winery.

Maison magnifique avec énormément de cachet, en plein cœur du joli village de campi salentina. Tout est accessible à pied ce qui rend les vacances - notamment avec de jeunes enfants - très confortables. La maison est très bien équipée pour accueillir des groupes (dans notre cas deux famille avec chacune 3 enfants ) tout en permettant d’avoir de l’intimité car chaque chambre dispose de salle de bains. Tout est meublé avec goût, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle avec lave vaisselle neuf / micro ondes etc. Et la cour intérieure avec piscine est magnifique, et par ailleurs entretenue tous les matins par Milena qui est très sympathique. En bref : un séjour parfait !

Super charmant

We zijn in Fenisia Guest House geweest met onze familie. Het is een bijzondere, prachtige plek om te verblijven. De kamers zijn ruim en heerlijk koel in de zomerhitte. De binnentuin en het zwembad super gezellig. Milena deed er alles aan om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Zodra je de poort van Fenisia uitloopt, kom je in het super charmante dorpje uit waar je op loopafstand heerlijk kunt eten, een lekker ijsje kunt vinden, een prachtige kerk en een gezellig terras. Kortom: Fenisia Guest House is een absolute aanrader!

Une maison merveilleuse et des hôtes adorables

Cette maison est fantastique, de grands espaces aérés, un jardin avec une piscine qu'il fait bon retrouver à la suite d'une longue journée. Emplacement idéal pour visiter les Pouilles. Tout à distance de marche pour les courses. Le centre historique est très beau et les gens de Campi sont vraiment accueillants. Cette semaine à Campi a été la plus belle de nos vacances. Des vacances réussies !

Nous avons passés 7 jours magnifiques dans cette grande maison. Nous avons appréciés les échanges avec le propriétaire et la personne qui s'est occupée de notre arrivée. Les chambres sont géniales et indépendantes : super pour se reposer. La cuisine, la piscine, ... le rêve ! Nous avons particulièrement appréciés la terrasse fermée et hyper grande pour les apéros et les diners du soir. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine !!! L'emplacement de la maison est idéal pour un petit café sur la place du village devant la grande église.
