"Good hotel in general, but had the pool unusable and the transport is difficult from and to the hotel."

"This really isn’t a 4 star. One of the 2 restaurants was closed. The spa wasn’t open. It opens at 4pm on a Friday. Rooms are not the same as what’s shown in images. Restaurant service was terrible. The hotel takes Amex, but the restaurant does not. Felt kinda shady in that regard. This feels like a business hotel masquerading as a resort style hotel. The staff at the desk was very nice. Manager did not come out of his office to deal with our issues. We were unhappy and left after only being at the hotel 2 hours. We wanted amenities and this hotel fell short."

"Staff was wonderful! This little beach town was so fascinating! The hotel was waling distance to the beach. The balcony was great with a view of the ocean. The shower and tub were great, but if you are older or have a handicap, it would be very difficult to get in and out of. Breakfast was delicious. Both pools were open and the smaller one upstairs was very warm! Drinks were great!"
