Apartments in Camp Verde

"The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances...

"My girlfriend and I were able to check into the property but were not happy with the cleanliness of the room. It was tidy and picked up but felt dirty. I found a dead cockroach on the ground and we decided to book another room elsewhere. We spent about 15 minutes in the room before leaving. "
