"Staff was great. Property and room was very clean and updated . Bed was very comfortable. Be warned-there is no elevator. I booked through a discount website and did not know I would be placed on the second floor. The website says handicap accessible. They do have a lift but it was not offered to me after explaining I have a very difficult time with stairs. Some of the maintenance men helped me to my room but I felt trapped because of the stairs until I left the next day. I will stay here again, but definitely request a first floor room."

"We have stayed here couple of times its always nice and clean , room keys where not working as usual our last stay it was tricky to open the room door or the pool not sure what was happening we did got new keys on the from desk but the problem was the same, we talk to our room neighbors and they say their room keys were doing the same so Not sure what happened this time. But besides that everything was perfect for what we wanted it , go to Hershey park , kids always love the road from the hotel to the park its kinda fun and nice country side view in the area. We recommend this place for family or couples the Italian restaurant next to the hotel its a must try the food its really good."
