My first night there there was a drunken party in one room and a pissed off guy with a gun running around the parking lot and banging on doors threatening to bust out car windows... when I bought the incident up with staff, they ignored it saying that, oh, it was just a couple of friends having a drunken party. Don't know about you, but my friends don't pull guns on me while they're drinking.
