"Clean room, beautiful view and room, staff helpful, great breakfast"

"We had a very good stay. We reserved a room for persons with disabilities, it was rather tight although very clean and suitable to our needs. However, we strongly suggest adding a curtain/barrier to the shower, a water spill in the bathroom poses a slippery/accident risk for people in a wheelchair and their helpers. If you bring a car be aware that parking could be difficult, we were fortunate to find a spot reserved for hotel guests across the street. Breakfast was good and being close to local restaurants was a great benefit. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Grazie Andrea e Luca, vi siamo molto grati!"

"The breakfast was wonderful, especially sitting in the peace and tranquility outside. The pool was enjoyed during the hot days. The staff was friendly, professional and friendly. We will be back. Our only recommendation for an improvement would be entrance signage. The marked entrance was closed with a gate and had a small sign indicating the new entrance. the new entrance wasn’t marked. "

"The air conditioner broke a couple of days into our stay. I told the owner and he insisted it was because I didn’t know how to use it instead of calling someone in to fix the problem. When I told him we needed to change rooms he said that if my room wasn’t working, the entire hotel had no ac either… He finally called a technician and found that the unit was indeed in need of repair. Otherwise, great location and easy parking…just not great with customer service."
