"Clean room, great staff, beautiful surroundings. Few things to note: 1) Hotel restaurant is open for breakfast only. Closest restaurant is 10+ minutes drive away 2). Very icy road surface on the property. Staff did their best and put down gravels in front of your cabin everyday but it remains sheet of ice most of the day. Be careful driving and walking "

"Great customer service. I needed a place to leave my luggage while I took a snowcoach tour because there was no room on the bus. I had already checked out but they still locked up my luggage, then allowed me to wait in the lobby for my ride after the tour. Also, the breakfast was pretty good. "

"The staff were friendly and hospitable, and made sure you felt comfortable :) the rooms and facility were clean and the hot tub in pool area were very nice. The free breakfast had a decent selection and there were also freshly baked cookies and s’mores materials available in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again if visiting West Yellowstone. "
