"We had a lovely stay in this Villa, it was lovely and spacious with a great kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. We had a small issue with the air-conditioning leaking but they sent someone out the following day to fix it. Pool was cleaned twice a week by a lovely pool guy however the pool net at the villa had no net so we were unable to clear the pool of wasps, moths and debris which was not great. Other thing we found slightly disappointing was that you do have to pay on top for the air-conditioning. I know it mentions this in the details however by the time you go you forget and having to pay 200 extra just before you fly is not ideal. I would have prefered this to be in the total price when you book."
Beautiful Stay Near the Beach Larnaca

"We were just there for a night - arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning for our flight. The accomodation was conform to the description and Negin was responsive and nice. Apart from a little issue with the entrance door (which Negin said would be fixed soon) and the smell in the area (not the apartment itself) which was a bit strange that day, we had a nice short stay."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Amelia. The villa was a great size and had excellent facilities. The pool was perfect, regularly serviced and so relaxing. The grounds were gorgeous and the surroundings were quiet and tranquil. The gardens were regularly maintained too. Ezoria were great hosts, any small issues were promptly and professionally dealt with. We’d definitely return."

"This house is brilliant. From start to finish we had a great holiday. Directions and detailed arrival day instructions sent well in advance. Key in lock box. Key holder lives close by I had no need to call on him. I brought my own washing tabs and dishwasher tabs but there were some in the cupboards. Also there was tea coffee spices etc to start the holiday. I replaced any I used. The kitchen is fully stocked with all sorts of cooking essentials, plates, cups, glasses, etc We were never left wanting. We were able to have lovely family dinners around the outside table. The house was very spacious. Big wardrobes in all the bedrooms with one en suite. Ample hot water. Air con was handy but the room fans did a good enough job at night. I kept the blinds down during the day to keep the rooms cool. The outdoor area was relaxing with shaded areas. Good quality table and chairs with sun loungers. The pool was an ample size for swimming. We brought some lilos and left them in the shed for the next guests. Looks like others had done the same.The house is in a residential area. It is 5 mins from the main motorway for travelling to different areas around Cyprus. I was able to visit the mountains and the west and east of the island easily. Lots of beautiful beaches within driving range.If you are thinking about booking this house for your holiday, it will not disappoint."

"Easy check in and great sized rooms with comfortable beds.Friendly host and nice welcome snacks and drinks.Good area for peace and quiet yet close enough to Central Larnaca. Just 15 mins from the airport but not in the flight path.Recommended. "

"Very clean and well equipped. Nice little village with a couple of decent restaurants. Find the short cut to the beach, it’s well worth it! Also, Kiti, the next town, is only a walk away and Jackson’s restaurant and bar is well worth a visit"
