Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Public parking on the road. Shop 1 km, grocery 500 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station 3 km. Sports harbour 1 km. Nearby attractions: Port Aventura 3 km, Aquopolis 6 km.
