Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn 350 m2 flowers. In the complex: sauna (extra). Fitness room (extra). Hot tub (extra). Spa area (extra), playroom, shopping facilities, bicycles available (extra). Bus stop "doppler" 150 m, sandy beach 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
