Beachfront Apartment with Pool · UHC SOL DE ESPAÑA 054

  • The Sun of Spain is located on the beachfront, between Cambrils and Salou. Right on Platja del Cap de Sant Pere, awarded the Blue Flag, and although busy in summer, with a good family atmosphere. The apartment is fully equipped and has a communal swimming pool with direct beach access. Everything you need to enjoy the beach and the best summer on the Costa Dorada. We have several apartments in this complex, which is why it is ideal for families travelling together.



    DISTRIBUTION:

    - Bright and comfortable living-dining room. There is a double sofa bed.

    - Terrace with side sea views.

    - Fully equipped independent kitchen.

    - Master bedroom with double bed.

    - Second bedroom with twin beds.

    - Full bathroom with shower.



    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

    - Bookings for groups of young people are not accepted.

    - Air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom.

    - Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

    - Wi-fi included during your stay.

    - If you are travelling by car, we recommend adding parking to your booking at a special price. It is difficult to park on the street during high season and booking it at reception will be more expensive.

    - Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

    A stone's throw from your apartment you have a supermarket, a pharmacy and bus stops. For eating, the Cala Petita Restaurant. About 100 m from the apartment, terrace with views of the beach. Good menu, close and family-friendly service. The cuttlefish, razor clams and salmon tartare are especially delicious. And the homemade desserts. Book in advance because it gets packed. About 300m towards Salou, there is the MÉXICO Cambrils restaurant. Very authentic and very good value for money.

Good spot, poor service!

Beautifully located appartement close to the beach, supermarket and some restaurants. Easy to go to city centres by bus, stops in front of the street. A lot of excuses for not willing to provide the complete set of keys of the complex (we dont have it)+ a second tag for the gate to the beach/complex. When getting more verbaly/angry coming back the second time, suddenly it was possible!! Also reporting the damaged things just was noticed via whats app, but no solution was offered or action has been taking. (Leaking dishwasher, bad closing fridge)
