Lovely apartment completely renovated and equipped to enjoy a stay in Cambrils with all the comfort you need for your holidays on the Costa Dorada.
It is located just 50m from the beach, very close to the port and the emblematic Plaza del Pósito. Undoubtedly, an accommodation that will allow you to soak up the fishing tradition of Cambrils and get closer to the true reality and culture of its people.

Crossing the street you will find one of the largest green areas in Cambrils, the parc dels pescadors. This 5,000 m² park is a mixed park with Mediterranean and tropical flora. It is the ideal area to take a stroll at sunset with the whole family and escape a bit from the stifling summer heat whilst having something at the park bar with its chill-out area. If you are lucky, during your stay you will also be able to enjoy some of the summer festivals that take place.
A few minutes away you will find the seafront promenade, the port and the commercial area of Cambrils with all services including 2 restaurants with Michelin stars (Can Bosch and el Rincón de Diego).

Magnifique appartement
L'appartement est très beau et fonctionnel. Il est bien situé. La piscine sur le toit est très agréable. La communication est aisée avec l'agence.
Dommage pour l'évier qui est resté bouché dans la salle de bain.
Un aspirateur serait vraiment un plus.
Appartement is mooi, op ongeveer 60 mtr van zee. Op het dak een leuk zwembad. Parkeren is wel een dingetje. In de parkeergarage betasl he rond de 30eur per dag. Op straat is stukken goedkoper maar kan voor max 4 uur dus je moet de tijd goed in de gaten houden. Dit is voor ons echter geen reden om niet neer terug te gaan want het is echt fantastisch.

Piso muy cómodo, zona de playa no tanto.
Piso tal cual las fotos, limpio y muy bien equipado, con aire acondicionado en todas las estáncias que es un super extra, camas confortables, sábanas y toallas de buena calidad, pet frendly. La ubicación es buena para los comercios locales, esta cerca de muchas tiendas y bares (no es ruidoso) el parque de delante es muy bonito y agradable para un paseo con perros y/o niños. La piscina no tiene mucha profundidad, un metro o menos, y no tiene ninguna sombra en la zona de piscina. La playa la cual el piso esta cerca (playa de la riera) es una playa muy pequeña, con muchas piedras, sucia por estar muy cerca del puerto supongo. Si lo que buscas es disfrutar de playa y arena, no te recomiendo. Para ir a una playa mejor, tienes que pasar la zona del puerto, caminar aproximadamente 1km. Con niños es un reto. Si la playa no es tan importante, recomiendo sin duda pues el piso es perfecto, y la cercania a las zonas comerciales muy agradable para un paseo.
El proceso de check in es estresante. Tienes que hacer todo el registro por la web antes, pero igualmente te queda en una cola inmensa a las 16h para coger las llaves, no hace sentido antecipar el check in. La ducha carece de mantenimiento, los agujeros estaban todos tupiudos, salia menos de la mitad de agua que debería, esto sí, calentito. El desague de la ducha estaba atascado, en menos de un minuto de la ducha abierta, el agua vertia fuera de la ducha, inundando el baño, he tenido que contener con toallas. No reporté el hecho al momento, pues como me quedaría solo 2 días, no quería perder el tiempo. Hay que darle mantenimiento a la ducha. El check out a las 10h también es un punto negativo para mi y perjudica la experiencia, sobre todo cuando el check in es a las 16h, pero esto esta bien comunicado y fuí consiente.

Ubicación, estado del apartamento y vecinos geniales
Las entradas y salidas. Pagamos dos dias el de entrada entero y solo podemos entrar a partir de las 16h, tendria que ser por la mañana y la salida tendria que ser por la tarde.
Remise des cles cahotique 2 personnes seulement à l accueil au lieu des 5 annoncées, très longue attente malgré le check in en ligne effectué. Appartement tres bien situé pour la plage mais situé au dessus de restaurants donc bruyant jusqu'à 1h du matin. Il faudrait prevoir une place de stationnement pour faciliter la vie.

Llevamos varios años yendo y lo tenemos en estima como si fuera propio. Pensamos volver.
Tenemos un hijo en silla de ruedas y estaríamos muy agradecidos si se interesara a la Comunidad de Propietarios que eliminen barreras arquitectónicas comunes para poder acceder a la piscina ( cambiar escalones desde el ascensor por rampas)

Excelente apartamento
Excelente decoración. Simple, moderna y elegante a la vez.
Todos los components
electrodomésticos, aire acondicionado, funcionamento de l'as persianas etc) són perfectos.
Buena vista desde la terraza con piscina acogedora. Según la epoca del año como fue en nuestro caso, en setiembre, puede resultar hasta privada.
No sé si podria buscarse alguna solución pero el hecho que el edificio no disponga de plazas de parking supone un problema. Hasta los mismos vecinos de allí nos lo comentaron que tienen Plazas de alquiler en otros edificios. Los alrededores son todos de zona azul y genera un problema extra tenir que vigilar constantment en y evitar que té pongan una multa sobretodo en moments tan turísticos.
Para evitar problema y zona azul hay que aparcar un poco lejos del apartamento.
Nos hubiera gustado un poco más de flexibilidad en la hora de salida Entendemos que esté ocupado después de nosotros però salir a las doce del mediodía es mucho más razonable teniendo en cuenta que hacíamos la limpieza y teniendo en cuenta que la entrada tiene que ser a partir de las cuatro de la tarde.
Creo que el tiempo podría aprovecharse mucho más cambiando un poco los horarios y sin perjudicar el trabajo de nadie.

Está todo bien
El apartamento está excelente todo nuevo aire acondicionado en salón y habitaciónes el acceso rápido piso primero no hace falta ni cojer el ascensor .La única pega es que si abres las ventanas hay un poco de ruido de la calle
