"El apartamento en general se encontraba en buen estado ubicado en una zona tranquila. Tuvimos un problema con fugas de agua al utilizar la grifería de la cocina, el sumidero estaba atascado y el desagüé tenía también perdidas de agua, era bastante incómodo utilizarlo aparte del consumo de agua innecesario. Además, la barbacoa se encontraba bastante sucia. Se informó a la inmobiliaria en varias ocasiones de estos problemas y de otras imperfecciones del apartamento que desconocían, aportándoles...
