"Outstanding luxury property in the heart of Bordeaux, right in front of the Opera House! I regularly stay in IHG properties, and these folks truly know what excellence in customer service means! Every one else should learn from them. Got an upgrade to a premium suite (thank you!), and the entire staff, amenities, bar, breakfast options were amazing! Can't appreciate the staff more than this!
