Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Le Correjou" 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 7 km. Sports harbour 400 m, sailing school 500 m, riding stable 7 km. Nearby attractions: Quimper 70 km, Morgat 7 km, Mollène, Ouessant, Parc Régional naturel d'Armorique. Hiking paths: Pointe de Penhir, Tour Vauban. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families.
3-room terraced house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: living/dining room 25 m2 with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining nook and TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchenette (oven, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with bar. Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 15 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (3). Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Geräumges Haus. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Sehr freundliches Housekeeper Personal. Sehr praktische Lage. Leider war der Garten nicht wirklich vollständig eingezäunt.

Well situated.

Well situated. Three minutes in the car from supermarket, sea and Port Pleasance. Two minutes from the Alignments. Great coastal path walk. Lots to see in the area. Plenty of room in the accommodation. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Maisonnette confortable et bien située. 2 salles de bain incluant toilettes, une au rez-de-chaussée et une à l'étage, apportent un réel confort. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la douche de l'étage, l'évacuation était obstruée par des cheveux et j'ai préféré, en raison des mesures sanitaires Covid, nettoyer uniquement le bain du rez-de-chaussée.

La cour n est pas entretenue. Le volet roulant de la pièce principale ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de rallonge pour installer une lampe de chevet.Deux chaises longues seulement tres lourdes a deplacer.
