Very pretty stone house typical of the region.
Entirely renovated with taste.
Close to large beaches and hiking trails.
The house has a very large garden, a terrace and private parking.
It is made up of 2 beautiful bedrooms and a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with WC.
The kitchen is very well equipped: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and washing machine.
Total decompression guaranteed in this green setting out of sight.
No road, no noise will disturb your stay.
Camaret and Crozon are 5 minutes by car, as are the most beautiful beaches on the Peninsula.
The "green cycle path" is quickly accessible as well as the Kerloch pond.
The rent is given excluding charges.
The charges are (water, electricity, wifi, taxes, cleaning, presence of animal)

A Nice holiday home in the middle of nowhere, with a very big garden. Still in the neighbourhood of the beuatiful coast. When you are looking for nature and silence you should stay in this holiday home.

Peaceful Haven

A lovely well equipped house in a beautiful tranquil setting only a 5 minute drive from a wonderful beach. We particularly enjoyed the large patio area for eating outside and relaxing with a large lawn In front and trees all around. (The stairs might be tricky if you suffer from arthritis) For us we loved it and would definitely consider visiting again.

okay, but not as nice as expected

The house is very quiet, but quite dark inside and the parasol and chaiselongues for the patio shown on the pictures were not there. What bothered us the most, however, was the bad smell from the canal that kept coming up when we were sitting on the terrace...

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und das Haus ist top ausgestattet, man merkt zwar, dass einzelne Dinge schon etwas älter sind, aber alles war sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv: Auch in der Hauptsaison war die Gegend angenehm leer, die Strände teilweise fast menschenfrei. Perfekt, wenn man Entspannung und Natur sucht.Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass Hunde in der Hauptsaison nicht an den Strand durften. Wir hatten damit jedoch keine Probleme, da unser Hund immer angeleint war und das überall problemlos akzeptiert wurde. Wer Ruhe, Natur und Erholung fernab von Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Oase van rust en natuur/bloemenpracht

Het heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen!De charme van het huis en het prachtige domein in the middle of nowhere ( een uitdaging om het te vinden ). De fenomenale rust , adembenemende sterrenhemels , prachtige vergezichten op paar minuutjes wandelafstand van het domein , … ook ideaal voor de hondjes.De onuitputtelijke pracht van de kust en haar omgeving. De bloemenpracht.Alles in superlatieven … met als kers op de taart een week prachtig weer.Absolute aanrader !!!

Wunderschön gelegenes bretonisches Häuschen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Häuschen liegt absolut ruhig auf dem Land und trotzdem nicht zu weit weg von allen Stränden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Kajak-Touren entlang der wunderschönen Steilküsten und Stränden. Vielen Dank auch noch mal an die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber!

Petite maison bretonne bien équipée avec un peu de terrain dans un lieu-dit calme. Parfait pour se mettre au vert. Les alentours sont magnifiques. Mme Mottet (qui gère l'accueil) est très disponible et attentionnée, encore merci à elle.

Un petit air d'Ecosse!

Très belle petite maison au calme sur la presqu'ile de Crozon. L'endroit est relaxant et féerique, le calme est au rendez vous et la déconnection totale. De plus toute les commodités sont accessible à moins de 5 minutes en voiture.Nous avons adoré la petite maison bretonne !!

Séjour très agréable

Le gite est très bien situé à proximité d'une voie verte et à 10 mn en vélo de Camaret sur mer et de Crozon. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, l'environnement est calme et verdoyant et la plage de Kerloch est toute proche. Notre toutou a pu gambader dans le grand jardin. Le gite est très bien équipé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir, d'autant que la région est vraiment magnifique.

Wir waren in einem sehr schönen, gemütlichen und vorallem - warmen Haus. Wie kochen gerne und haben eine sehr gut eingerichtete Küche vorgefunden, mit allem , was es dazu bedarft ! Die Betten waren bequem. Das Wohnzimmer behaglich. Und hervorzuheben: Der Kontakt zu unseren Gastgebern - und ganz besonders ihrer wundervollen Assistentin vor Ort, war sehr gut, immer da - und sehr hilfsbereit ! Danke an dieser Stelle noch einmal für die schöne Zeit - es war sehr schön, es grüsst herzlich die Familie Fischer-Rudolphi

Wunderbare Alleinstellung

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, wie wir auch schon auf den Fotos sehen konnten. Die äussere Erscheinung hat sich etwas geändert, weil das Haus inzwischen üppig bewachsen ist. Wir haben uns in der einen Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Mercy Madame Mottet.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt! Wir kommen wieder

Eine unglaublich schöne Gegend und ein authentisches, süßes Ferienhaus. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe und den großen Garten zum Ballspiel mit Kindern und Hunden. Bei Flut konnte man, wenn auch nicht zu sehen, das Meer rauschen hören. In unmittelbarer Umgebung zum Haus konnte man sehr gut kleine abendliche Runden spazieren gehen. Wir waren unter anderem mit Kleinkind unterwegs, gerade dabei laufen zu lernen. Dies war bisweilen sehr anstrengend wegen der diversen Höhenunterschiede im Haus. Stufe im Wohnzimmer, im Bad, zur Haustüre und zum Garten. Plus eine steile Treppe ins OG. Dies hat man aber auch gut auf den Bildern gesehen und war zu erwarten. Nach einigen Tagen kannte er die Stufen, dennoch bleibt eine gewisse „Gefahr“. Entspannter ist es diesbezüglich dann sicher beim nächsten Aufenthalt dort. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen! :-)
