Terrific lodging option close to Atocha train station, Retiro Park, the Botanic Gardens and the museums. Staff were kind and professional. The room was spotless. View was of the elevator shaft! "Pretty dated hotel. Everything need renovation, old furniture, old bathroom, beds also were not comfortable. There is no coffee machine in the room, seriously? In a 4 stars hotel?? Also no gym. It is not worth money they take for the stay."
