Located in the beautiful municipality of Câmara de Lobos, this flat is ideal for families or friends seeking a relaxing getaway. With excellent sun exposure and a pleasant sea view, the flat features three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, one with a queen-size bed, and a third with two single beds. The open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen create a spacious, inviting area for meals and relaxation, complete with a comfortable sofa, dining table, and television. Enjoy fantastic sunsets and sea views from the lounge.

The flat also offers a shared bathroom with shower, laundry room, air conditioning, and parking for one car. Maximum capacity: six people.

AREA
Câmara de Lobos is known for fishing, agriculture, and its rich gastronomic tradition, including kebabs and Madeira wine. The area features traditional restaurants, the fishing village center, Cabo Girão viewpoint, and various leisure activities. A medium-sized supermarket is a 10-minute drive away, and the town center offers restaurants and shops.

GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If renting a car, navigation apps easily find the address. A bus stop is 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

ACCESS
Guests have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
Support is always available, and guests have access to an app with property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as per Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior).
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request.
- First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are on the property.

ATTENTION
A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), is charged. Payment link provided on arrival.

HOUSE RULES

• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise down, especially at night.

The property may have a smart sensor (Minut) monitoring noise, smoke, and temperature for safety (no recording or personal data collection). If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

All guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to 7 nights).

Check-out: by 12:00 (late check-out subject to availability and fee).
