This beautiful 1850 square foot home was built in 2004 facing west for wonderful views across the water to Whidbey island with unforgettable sunsets.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to each other and to the front windows for maximum view and ease of entertainment and sharing the time with your entire group.

The deck runs the entire length of the front of the house and wraps around the side where the hot tub is. This allows for privacy while still maintaining the view from the hot tub. The large yard features a fire pit for warming up on cool evenings.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The huge shower is set up for two people with shower heads on both sides.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Full hall bathroom is right around the corner.

The detached cottage features maximum privacy for the 3rd bedroom. It has a full bed and you can even see the water views from the large window.

The beach access is at the end of the dead-end street - just 2 houses down. There is a nice path down to the water. We provide 2 kayaks, a crab boat with crab pots for the crabbing season which is from Fourth of July through Labor Day - sometimes there is a winter season as well.
