The property itself needs some maintenance, my main issue was the room amenities, the heater doesn't work properly, the hot water was a hassle too. Breakfast it's OK. The green areas in the hotel are beautiful, but the real highlight here was the staff, Lauane at the front desk is an angel, such charisma and attention. Outstanding! She made our stay a lot more pleasant.

Equipe prestativa e cuidadosa. Café da manhã delicioso. Cama e roupa de cama excelentes, toalhas muito limpas. O banheiro e o quarto poderiam ser um pouco mais modernos ou com manutenção mais em dia. Mas nada que comprometesse a estadia. A fogueira no bosque é um plus para se curtir a noite com um bom vinho.

Simples, para poucos dias.

As fotos enganam um pouco a estrutura do hotel, ele é bem simples. No meu quarto, havia um barulho acima do forro, mas nada insuportável. O café é bom. A cama é grande e confortável, mas o quarto fica bem frio de madrugada, o aquecimento existe, mas estava desligado.

Gostamos muito

O hotel é agradável, tem um bosque lindo, funcionários muito simpáticos, o quarto é confortável com uma cama boa e chuveiro bons. O café da manhã muito bom. Algo que nos incomodou foi o barulho devido a localização do quarto que estávamos que ficava próximo à recepção e também por causa de um barulho de máquina que começava 8 hs e não podíamos dormir até mais tarde se quiséssemos.

O hotel é bom, área ambiental muito bem preservada, mas o sistema de aquecimento não funcionou em nossa estadia, alegaram ser por conta que não estava frio, mas achamos que era por estarem com baixa ocupação e não quiseram ligar o aquecedor central, o frio a noite foi de 10 graus sem aquecedor no quarto é para morrer de frio. Lamentável.

A área do hotel é lindíssima! Ficamos encantados com o bosque e acordar ao som de passarinhos. A cama é gigante! Quarto super acolhedor. Não tínhamos visto que não tinha ar condicionado, mas nem precisou. A janela é voltada para o bosque o que deixava tudo fresco. Café da manhã excelente, até espumante tinha. Os colaboradores são cordiais. O acesso aos quartos é por escada.. mas isso não foi algo negativo. Ao visitar a academia e salão de jogos, sentimos um cheiro bem ruim. Isso precisa de melhorias. Em geral, adoramos nossos dias no hotel

Bom hotel

O que mais gostamos foram o café da manhã, a localização a cama (king, com ótimos travesseiros) e a limpeza. Só falta um pouco de manutenção no quarto (torneira da pia "dançando" e pouca pressão na ducha). Demos azar pq não havia TV a cabo (segundo a recepcionista, desde a ultima tempestade) e nos puseram no último andar (sem elevador e com uma janela altíssima, o que me impedia de ver, do quarto, o belo bosque). Aliás, a falta de elevador e de interfone/telefone no quarto pode ser um complicador pra pessoas mais velhas.

O hotel é bom, mas tem alguns pontos a melhorar. A começar pelo atendimento todos muito sérios, parecem emburrados, com exceção da Larissa muito simpática e receptiva, a única. No nosso primeiro dia no hotel pedimos indicação de restaurante para jantarmos e o recepcionista nos disse que a indicação era descer na avenida principal e escolher. A cama é confortável, café da manhã é bom, o chuveiro não esquenta durante o dia, reclamamos nos disseram que iam chamar a manutenção e nada de retorno, somente a noite que ele esquenta bem, percebemos que no dia seguinte foi a mesma coisa nada de esquentar pela manhã, me parece que ligam algum sistema de aquecimento somente ás 18:30h, motivo pelo qual o chuveiro deve funcionar a noite. O espaço do hotel é antigo, porém muito limpo e organizado, tem uma vista de bosque bem bonita na parte de trás.

Boa acomodação

Fomos em casal e gostamos muito da acomodação. Pontos positivos: Cama maravilhosa e café da manhã, tudo gostoso e fresquinho! Pontos negativos: foi o chuveiro (saia pouca água), o aquecedor (fez bastante frio e ele não esquentava tanto), e o acústico do quarto (infelizmente da pra escutar muito os barulhos dos outros quartos), mas de resto foi tudo muito bom e agradável!

O hotel tem uma área de lazer bem bonita. Natureza linda! Bem perto da rua principal de Monte Verde. Nosso quarto era bem grande, cama confortável, bastante armário pra guardar as coisas. O café da manhã foi o ponto alto do hotel, simplesmente delicioso, até espumante tinha. O ponto negativo foi o banheiro, precisaria de uma reforma urgente, e a água do chuveiro demorou demais pra aquecer, uns 20 min.
