De geral foi tudo muito bom, nota 10!! O atendimento foi incrível, o café da manhã foi perfeito, tudo maravilhoso e muito fresco. As moças do café da manhã são umas queridas!! Parabéns para o atendente da equipe da noite tbm, super prestativo!! Como sugestão o hotel deveria investir em tv’s smarts, para que os hóspedes utilizem os serviços de streaming. Só funcionou os canais abertos.

O quarto era compatível com o anunciado, mas a acústica é péssima, porque os chalés são geminados e você escuta TUDO o que se passa ao lado. Ficamos sabendo de todos os acontecidos do dia da senhora hospedada no chalé geminado, e por sorte não foi além disso, mas poderia ter sido! Não recomendo para família.

Foi regular. Tivemos problemas na água quente do nosso banheiro, tanto na pia qto no chuveiro. E tb na ducha. Na janela, um vazamento causado pela chuva. O apartamento é bem barulhento. No mais, o café e o enxoval são excelentes. No geral, a manutenção da piscina e outros ambientes comuns necessitam de cuidados melhores.

Hotel meio abandonado e constrangem hóspedes: 1) Quartos velhos, ainda usam chave, maçaneta caindo e não possuem ar condicionado; 2) Piscina embora aquecida, ambiente velho com cadeiras velhas, sem som ambiente e não dá vontade de ficar. 3) Salão de jogos abandonado. 4) Recepcionistas, constrangem hóspedes no checkout impondo a cobrança taxa de serviço de 10%, nunca me ocorreu uma coisa dessas e olha que já fui em bastante hotel. Quase chamei a polícia. Lamentável.

A localização é muito boa. O hotel tem estacionamento sem cobrança de taxa.O quarto é amplo, mas antigo, a iluminação é fraca, não possui interfone,nem espelho de corpo inteiro.O secador de cabelo está disponível somente na recepção. A papeleira do banheiro está em local desconfortável.O café da manhã é bem simples pelo valor cobrado. A área de piscinas é boa ,e o entorno dela bem agradável. O staff é solícito.

Não volto e nao recomendo.

Ficamos no prédio principal do hotel, ou seja, nao ficamos nos chalés. Entao, meu relato refere-se a este lugar. Hotel extremamente velho. Quarto grande, com lareira, banheiro grande tb, mas tudo precisando de reforma pra ontem. O ambiente é todo acarpetado, e é um carpete velho, encardido. A banheira está toda descascando, o que dá um pouco de nojo. O café da manhã é sem graça, repetitivo (ficamos 4 noites) - não dá vontade de comer. O que é realmente legal é uma "mata" que tem nos fundos, onde os esquilos comem nas nossas mãos. Esta parte é linda. Mas enfim, não volto e não recomendo.

Ótima localização, ótimo custo-benefício!

Hotel muito bem localizado, bem próximo da avenida principal de Monte Verde/MG. Ficamos no Chalé Junior, tem um tamanho bom, é todo de madeira e tem uma lareira, mas optamos por não utilizar. Cama grande e confortável. O banheiro é bastante antigo, mas tem um espaço bom no box, o chuveiro é uma delícia esquenta bastante, a torneira da pia também é aquecida, havia um vazamento na ducha higiênica, avisamos a recepção. Limpeza excelente, todos os dias nossas toalhas de banho foram trocadas e o banheiro higienizado. Piscina grande aquecida e toda coberta, a jacuzzi não estava funcionando os jatos de hidromassagem, acho que falta um serviço de bar na área da piscina. Café da manhã muito bom com muitos itens e iguarias típicas de MG, mas infelizmente, mesmo com tantos itens, não havia opções veganas ou sem glúten, minha esposa é vegana e ficou à base de café e frutas. No geral, foi uma boa hospedagem e um ótimo custo-benefício, recomendo.
