Private: terraced garden, 5'000 m2 with trees, natural garden, meadow. (slide, swing). 1.5 km long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 1.6 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Viareggio" 19 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 17 km.
