In a quiet and residential area 5 minutes from the center of Camaiore, central point of the tourist area of Versilia Tuscany. Sommerurlaub in der Toskana

Nach einer kurzen Einweisung durch Roberto in die Untekunft (Gasherd, Kühlschrank Fliegengitter...), die mit Händen und Füßen ohne Italischkentnisse unsererseits reibungslos funktioniert hat erhielten die Schlüssel für unser Feriendomizil. Ein Ggeneralsaniertes Häuschen in einer Ruhigen Sackgasse am Ende des Ortes. Zum Bäcker braucht man zu Fuß nur 10 min und das nächste Restaurant ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Ortskern mit Fußgängerzone ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Zum Strand in Lido di Camaiore ist man mit dem Auto nur ca 15 min unterwegs. Mehrere Supermärkte sind ebenso mit dem Auto leicht erreichbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Messer Teller und Gläser sind ausreichend vorhanden. Spühlmaschiene Waschiene sind ebenso vorhanden wie ein vernünftiger Fön. Einziger Wehmutstropfen ist die Fehlende Klimaanlage. Aber mit verschlossenen Fensterläden lässt sich die Zimmertemperatur einigermaßen im Zaum halten. Fazit: Perfekt für Familien mit mehr als 2 Kindern

Schönes Haus in den Apuanischen Aipen

Das Haus liegt in Camaiore, ca 10 km von den Stränden der Versilia entfernt und bietet alles, was man für einen Familienurlaub braucht. Die Räumlichkeiten sind gemütlich eingerichtet, es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, Küchenutensilien etc, sowie einen Garten, Stellplatz und Kellerraum. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und immer verfügbar. Alles in allem erholsame Ferien mit vielen attraktiven Zielen in der Umgebung, inklusive Camaiore selbst.

Tolles Ferienhaus und gute Gastgeber

Der Urlaub im Ferienhaus von Roberto und Donatella war herrlich. Wir haben Roberto unsere genaue Ankunftszeit von unterwegs mitgeteilt und er hat uns herrlich am Haus empfangen, um uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Das Haus war sehr sauber, ist schön gelegen und alles in gutem Zustand. Der nutzbare Garten mit Pavillon, Tischen, Stühlen und Grill liegt direkt gegenüber des Hauses, auf der anderen Seite einer kleinen Sackgasse. Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder bei Roberto und Donatella zu Gast sein können.

Wunderschönes, ruhiges Haus am Rande der Stadt

Wir haben als Familie im September 2022 10 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Beim Eintreffen wurden wir vom sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieter empfangen. Trotz Sprachbarriere konnten wir sehr gut kommunizieren (u.a. Zeichensprache und Onlineübersetzter). Wir fanden ein sehr schönes, liebevoll renoviertes Haus vor. Bei der Ausstattung und Einrichtung war alles vorhanden, was man bei Bedarf benötigt, also viel mehr, was wir brauchten [bis auf die deutsche Kaffeemaschine :-) ] Das Haus war innen wie außen TOP gepflegt und sauber. Der zugehörige gepflegte Garten mit Pavillon und Sitzgruppe wurde gerne zum Abendessen, nachdem wir von unseren Ausflügen zurückkamen, genutzt. Die Lage des Hauses ist am Rande der Stadt, ruhig gelegen. Man kann alles (Geschäfte und Gastronomie) zu Fuß erreichen Sollten wir nochmals die Gegend besuchen, würden wir uns sofort wieder für dieses Haus entscheiden.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in Camaiore verbracht. Das perfekt renovierte Ferienhaus ist angenehm eingerichtet und wie der große Garten sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge an den Strand, nach Pisa oder andere Orte der Toskana sehr günstig. Wir können dieses Landhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und möchten uns hiermit nochmals herzlich beim freundlichen Vermieter Roberto D' Alessandro bedanken.

Excellent séjour avec un bon rapport qualité prix

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est propre et coquette. Tout le confort nécessaire et très bien équipée. La maison sent bon à notre arrivée ainsi que le linge de maison . Les lits sont faits et confortables. Rien ne manque . Les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires . Très bien accueillis et toutes les explications données sur le fonctionnement de la maison ( en italien) . Je recommande vivement.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir waren zu fünft eine Woche lang in dieser Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft war vollständig ausgestattet und es hat alles funktioniert, insbesondere Warmwasser, Heizung, WLAN, Licht Küchenausstattung, Spülmaschine, Licht usw. Das Wohnzimmer war geräumig, die 4 Schlafzimmer für unsre Zwecke perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt am Rande von Camaiore und war ganz ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, welche in der Nähe wohnen prompt und problemlos, meist über Google Translater.

Bella casa a Camaiore

Ein wunderschönes Objekt mit herrlichen Garten gesäumt mit Olivenbäumen und angenehmen Außensitz gelegen in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet , fußläufig das Zentrum erreichbar. Roberto de Alessandro der Vermieter warmherzig, sehr freundlich und zu vorkommend . Jeder Zeit erreichbar . In allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Perfetto è bellissimo 😍

vacanze a palazzo

Io, mia moglie e i nostri 2 bambini abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa la settimana di ferragosto. Completa di tutto è sicuramente la miglior casa vacanza presa in affitto negli ultimi anni. Pulita, curata nei dettagli e confortevole. Il bimbo piccolo chiamava la casa IL PALAZZO: ed è così che sembra di vivere in questa casa. Consiglio a tutti quelli a cui non piace la confusione del lungo mare questa soluzione. Il primo giorno abbiamo lasciato i giochi in spiaggia, poi abbiamo utilizzato gli autobus di linea per andare e tornare: per i bimbi ogni volta un piacevole viaggio (il parcheggio sul lungo mare è a pagamento quindi o parcheggio o autobus ma una decina di € al giorno vanno spesi). Il vantaggio per il papà è non dover girare con la macchina per parcheggiare. La casa si sviluppa su 3 piani più un locale lavanderia esterno all'abitazione. Al piano terra soggiorno cucina (con lavastoviglie) di circa 30 metri più disimpegno e bagno. Al primo piano 3 camere (non enormi ma tutte complete di letto e armadio). All'ultimo piano una quarta camera e un secondo bagno completo. Roberto, il proprietario, è stato molto disponibide e gentile. Non siamo soliti ritornare nei posti già visti perché ci piace vederne sempre di nuovi ma questa casa potrebbe farci cambiare idea e decidere di tornare. SPECIALE!! Grazie Roberto.
