"Great location near the beach, nice and relaxing. We went as a family (4 children) so room were great, we got the two bedroom with two bathrooms, which is more than sufficient - everyone was happy. Loved breakfast and we did eat at the restaurant, food was plentiful. They had spa facilities, gym and an indoor heated pool unfortunately could not use as we didn't book in advance (pro tip to book when you reserve). There is also an outdoor pool and bikes available to go around. If you have a car there is ample parking available as well."

"Meine Frau und ich hatten einige wunderbare Tage in diesem schönen charmanten toskanischen Häuschen verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind ein super nettes und total hilfsbereites Paar, haben uns gleich zu Anfang mit leckerer Lasagne, Bier und Kuchen überrascht, was wir so noch nie erlebt hatten. Genauso einmalig ist der fantastische Blick aus dem Garten auf das Meer und die umliegenden Berge. Egal zu welcher Tageszeit ist es dort wunderschön. In den Abendstunden blickt man direkt auf das Meer und die untergehende Sonne. Es ist ein idealer Ort für einen ruhigen romantischen Entspannungsurlaub. Das Haus ist stimmig und mit Geschmack eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die wir jedoch auf Grund von noch ganz milden Themperaturen nicht benötigten und ein Moskitonetz über dem Bett, das ebenfalls (noch) nicht nötig war. Aus meiner Sicht ein perfekter Urlaubsort. Eine absolute Empfehlung von uns!"

"The stand out in the property are the location (very walkable) and the staff. Everything was delivered with warmth and a smile. I think overall one of the friendliest hotels I’ve come across. The room we booked was also of a very generous size with two bathrooms, such a welcome bonus :) So, although quite dated in places, a well maintained, well managed establishment! "

"Beautiful room with amazing views! Staff all amazing, friendly and happy! Bar service exceptional. Pool was lovely and very peaceful. Gardens amazing. Beach across the road with special rates for those staying at the hotel. Beach lovely and very shallow for quite a way. Food at hotel very good. Breakfast amazing serving hot and cold and lots of fresh fruits and cereals. Really loved staying at this amazing hotel and the lovely staff made it a lovely restful experience."

"The Peralta is a complex of renovated, historic, Italian cottages high in the Apuan Alps. It has charm, character and fabulous views but our apartment was still well-equipped (wifi, aircon, parking, kitchenette, lounge chairs and dining table) and had two bedrooms with comfortable beds. It was remarkable value and the hosts Kate and Blaise were charming, helpful with fluent English. Blaise collected our bags from the parking area in their Piaggio, booked us a table at a local restaurant and because it was getting late arranged with Kate for her to bring us bread, butter, milk, croissant and home made marmalade in the morning for our breakfast. The local area is so pretty. The pool is high up above the apartments with fabulous views. It has been such a relaxing holiday! The drive up the hill through narrow, twisting roads is not for the faint hearted but isn’t as bad as you may first think - you just have to drive at a steady but slowish pace and prepare for each turn (with a wide swing). We were upgraded to a larger car by our hire company which in hindsight wasn’t ideal but even this made it down the hill and safely back to the parking area every day. Top tip is to warn people you are approaching a switchback by using your horn. The area is beautiful but even in late September it has been well over 30C every day, meaning our original plans to visit Florence were replaced by nearer places (Lucca, Pisa and San Gilignano amongst others). "This is a really excellent property. The house is spacious, cool even in August and very quiet both in the day and the night. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The views are incredible and the pool and outside eating area are better than the photos look. There is a nice BBQ which had plenty of gas. The only thing to be wary of is the very steep and narrow road up to the house. It is better to have a smaller car! "

" Very nice house and the pool was great to have. My wife and I and our 2 teenage boys had a great time. The location is awesome. The location was perfect. The views are the BEST. Just Amazing!! The town center had restaurants and cafes and shops. Of course Gelato. All locals. Close to Luca went the summer Concert Series. Scorpions. The road up is definitely a little bit of a challenge but as long you go slow after a few times you get used to it. "
