Beds comfort & bath towels could use upgrade. Beds were hard, towels thin.

For $70-$80 USD per night, there are other options around Ben Thanh area: There are room for improvements but the one thing ruined it for me, hence vibe 2/5 was experience was the tour groups on multiple occasions. The common spaces like breakfast room and lobby got too crowded and although most guests kept to themselves, there were always a few in the group that didn’t have the common sense like noise level (speaker phone), speaking loudly coming into hall way late in the night, leaving messes at the breakfast buffet, expected to be served at buffet, lack of personal space….i can go on.

My family of three really enjoyed this stay. Nikita at Reception was great with hi scaring attitude during our stay. The brilliantly efficient and kind lady who checked us in (not sure of the name but it may have been Alice - sorry been a couple of weeks now) was also superb. A lovely modern hotel right in the heart of HCMC. Rooms, staff and food were all excellent.
Last mention to the Manager who worked in the restaurant were we had breakfast each day - lovely helpful man who bonded with our son. Other than being an Arsenal fan he was great haha!
