The staff was very attentive and always quick to open doors, which I appreciated. However, overall the hotel and customer service felt very mediocre for the price we paid. The photos online are misleading—they appear AI-enhanced and make the rooms look much more spacious than they actually are. In reality, the rooms felt smaller and more cramped. The bathroom setup was one of the biggest issues. There are no curtains or proper separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so every time someone showers, the entire toilet area floor gets soaked. On top of that, the room floors are extremely slippery, and the provided slippers actually made it worse, which felt unsafe. We stayed for 6 days, and unfortunately, it did not feel worth the cost. We were given connecting rooms for our family of four, which was convenient in theory, but the doorways were very narrow. At one point, my kids slightly moved the beds and we noticed the floors underneath were extremely dirty. Additionally, our bedroom was missing the full set of curtains, which affected both privacy and comfort. Overall, while the staff was kind, the hotel itself did not meet expectations.

The staff was amazing, everyone is really nice and helpful, made my stay really good. The hotel itself is really good, room is big and nice, bed is comfy.

Great stay. The restaurant was amazing. The noise from construction next door really wasn’t that bad, I was on the 8th floor at the back with a corner room, so really should have been awful but it was fine.
