"Jessica at the front desk is an asset to this location. Friendly, prompt and so very nice. Sandra did a great job with breakfast too. Just a very nice stay. Only issue was a family with children staying long term due to a house fire. They were horrible to the employees and other guests. Manager said owner was reluctant to say anything to them . Teenage boys were allowed to wander the halls and plug up public bathrooms. Staff did a great job attempting to ask them to behave. But they were limited because of the owner. Discipline is the job of the parents not hotel staff. Will be staying again in the fall and I hope Jessica and the rest of the staff are still there. "

"Didn’t stay long enough to give reviews on everything. However they are people loving in this motel. Outside was filthy, and the rooms worse. Mold and urine stains all over the mattresses, actual blood or what appeared to be on the wall in the bathroom, cigarettes burns on the sink. This place should be removed from Expedia!! Demanded refund and am reporting to the health department. "

"I didn't even get to stay there at all I want to Boone trail and they said I had to have am ID and I expanded th hotels.com didn't tell me the and they would give me my money back witch was $183.63 witch sucks because I am homeless I barely eat because I'm always buy stuff for other people I am 19 and I'm trying my hardest I was getting a room because I needed a shower still ain't had one but it ok I'm just upset cuz it set me back alot"

"This was one of the best rooms and hotels I have stayed at over the years. And for the price , you can't beat it. Appliances are all up to date, clean and perfect. They even supplied dish liquid to wash my own dishes if I needed to reuse them . Towels, cups and coffee we easily accessible. Staff was really nice and made my staff feel so wonderful on my Birthday weekend. Thanka to all the staff I interacted with who helped me in anyway, thanks for taking pride in your job and rooms and thanks for having me"
