Welcome to La Rivière, a stunning 18th-century property renovated in 2014, set on the edge of the protected Lotois village of Calvignac.
This characterful house offers 400 m² of living space with 7 bedrooms, 6 of which have private bathrooms or shower rooms. Enjoy spacious living areas, including a dining room, lounge, and a beautiful kitchen, all opening directly onto several terraces, one of which is covered. One bedroom is accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
The property features a heated pool (5 m x 10 m), children’s play areas, a barbecue, a beach volleyball court, a ping-pong table, and a tennis court less than 200 m away. The one-hectare park is shaded by century-old trees, providing a peaceful, natural setting. Electric vehicle charging is available for an additional fee. The large entrance courtyard can accommodate up to 7 cars.
