I like the Hotel. Friendly people, clean, everything nearly great. The only thing which drives me crazy are the two elevators. Sometimes you have wait several minutes and the elevators are passing my floor several times without stopping. But I would definitely come back.

Super hotel and staff, the spa is all newly renovated and lovely, as is the dining room. Dinner was great , many choices, fresh varied roasted meat every evening and great salads, the seating inside and outside is really well arranged , this hotel is so beautifully situated to gain the best views of the nearby beaches and blue sea Breakfast was good, but not great in our opinion, although the bakery and fresh fruit was excellent, the hot food included many German dishes. Rooms are very clean with great views and although we were unsure at being on the 7th floor, the view was great, overlooking one of the beaches and beyond. The unusual and surprising bonus are the numerous shaded areas within the trees on many different levels, giving shade and privacy with sun beds. Pool area also very shaded, medium size pool , sadly weather not warm enough for us to use it but we did make the most of the gorgeous warm indoor pool which is available for all guests to use from 7 am until 8 pm. Towels were provided and the gym was well equipped. Trekking tours arranged to visit many nearby villages and the hotel was full of cyclists making the most of the hilly terrain and lovely local scenery. What we did miss not having tea and coffee facilities in the bedrooms, it would make a difference to us personally, but loved the carafe in the room which you can fill with cold water from the water dispensers on each floor and in reception, invaluable when the weather is at its best.

Amazing location set between 2 lovely beaches with fabulous views. Paguera is a great resort with lots of shops and restaurants and a relaxed vibe. Hotel had great staff, service was excellent, food at breakfast was all very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the sun lounger reservation system they have but that’s just preference.

Ein schönes direkt am Strand liegendes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Essen ist gut und schmackhaft. Lediglich die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte besser sein. Etwas einfach für vier Sterne. Der Fahrstuhl ist leider nicht auf einem EU Standard. Die Türen schließen ungebremst, was eigentlich nicht sein dürfte. Auch die Essenszeiten sind knapp bemessen. Frühstück gibt es nur bis 10 Uhr.
