The staff was lovely always there to help , Jonny was really entertaining at the pool bar and made us all welcome , we were a group of 30 of all ages . Will stay again thank you

A fantastic hotel, excellent food and brilliant staff, all staff were always happy and friendly, will definatly be back, no complaints about anything

I loved that the hotel was right opposite the beach. The pool area was in shade from mid afternoon so it was easy to grab the remaining few hours of sunshine on the beach. The pool isn’t very big and, therefore, not a huge number of sun beds but I always managed to find one. The staff were constantly sweeping the floors and keeping the hotel clean. The room was adequate although could have done with a bit of tlc, especially in the bath/shower. I will definitely go back again 🙂

Great location!
A quick 4 day break for some sunshine and relaxation and the Hotel and Palma Nova provided both. Hotel is in a great location and staff are very friendly.
