Dissapointment
We have stayed here a number of times before, but unfortunately this will be our last timer due to a number of reasons. 1) A pervading smell of cigarette smoke coming from the adjoining room (there was a connecting door) 2)Uk television was only receptive up to approx 0900 each morning. From then on, nothing in English. We are elderly and don't "do the town" in the evenings and need the tv.. 3)The whole time we were there they were re-tiling the reception area from early morning until each evening. 4) Finally, although internet was advertised as available there was no strong signal that was useable.

Rude and unprofessional service.
It was a cold service at reception upon arrival (check in). It was a rather cold and mechanic/robotic service with no empathy shown by the receptionist. Moreover, the check out process was rather abrupt and rude. The cleaner knock our door at 12:00 sharp, quite heavily, to remind us that our time at the apartment was up. We found this behavior to be rather rude and unprofessional. We would have been out by 12:01 anyway. One more think, there are no lifts in this apartment, so if guests are located on the third floor (their upper floor as we were located), it is simply your business on how you get there with your bags! No help, or apologies for that! Good Luck to you all in this location!

Cheap did the job
For a 4 day stay it was acceptable I wouldn't want to stay any longer .I would say in a lot of cases u get what u pay for
