Did not like the noise of the party’s until 3-5am! In Saturday and Sunday!
Could not open door to balcony at night to enjoy the beach waves
Did not like their heavy restrictions about not being able to walk on the beach 🏖️ if you did not purchase their beach package

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and they upgraded our room to one with an ocean view- it was the most beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were wonderful.
The restaurant was incredible and the staff were so attentive and helpful.
Would definitely stay here again!

I don't like the fact that upon check out I did not receive a hard copy of my final bill they said it would be emailed which I never received and I stayed one night but they charge my credit card for 2 nights! Not cool very unprofessional and know waiting for results for refund through travel company ...

The room was a bit small for the furnishings making it hard to get to the bathroom without bumping into furniture. I would have laid it out more efficiently. Bedding was comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff were less than exuberant.
