For shared use: property 7'000 m2 (fenced), park with lawn and trees, beautiful garden to relax, 2 swimming pools (9 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace. In the complex: reception, WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 400 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 400 m, sandy beach 300 m.
