EXTERIOR: The 150m2 villa is on a 900m2 plot, fully enclosed. With a fantastic pool area surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds and a beautiful garden with trees and palms. There is also a furnished BBQ covered area, to enjoy the hot afternoons. The outdoor space of the house is large and practical to park the cars.
LOCATION: Located in a quiet area of Calpe, near the Calalga cove. Where you can take a pleasant stroll and enjoy the view across the coast to the Fossa beach, a large sandy beach full of restaurants to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine.
