MAGNIFICENT VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, FOR UP TO 5 PEOPLE.
DISTRIBUTION: This spectacular villa of 161 m2 is distributed on two floors connected by a interior staircase. On the main floor there is a comfortable and luxurious living-dining room with a modern and practical kitchenette and pretty views on the Peñón de Ifach. The villa was built in 1976, the inside has been reformed giving it a nice modern touch. There are three bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with two single beds and the last one with a trundle bed) the villa has two full bathrooms.
EXTERIOR: This independent villa, built on a flat plot of 649m2, has a terrace with a nice furnished zone to chill out, a terrace that can function as a dining room with a BBQ on the back. The pool is on the same level as the main floor, the plot is totally enclosed to give you a fantastic peace.
LOCATION: The villa is in a very calm urbanization in Calpe. It is very near supermarkets, restaurants, the pretty La Fossa beach which is just 1400m away from the villa and just 1600m from the Arenal beach. The magestic Peñón de Ifach, one of the main atractive points of the town of Calpe is 2100m away from the villa. It is really the perfect place to spend your vacation
