  • Beautiful villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 12 people, with six bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed on one floor.



    INTERIOR: The villa consists of a spacious lounge-dining room with TDT TV and access to the pool area and covered terrace, a fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob, a cosy living room, six bedrooms with two single beds (one of them with access to a pleasant covered terrace), two bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with bathtub.



    EXTERIOR: On the large 11,000 m2 plot there is a large rectangular pool of 10x4.5m with Roman steps and outdoor shower. In addition, the villa has a solarium where you can enjoy the beautiful views, as well as a tennis court for the enjoyment of sports enthusiasts. It is possible to park 6 vehicles within the plot.



    LOCATION: The villa is located just 1.5km from the centre of Calpe, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and all services. The nearest sandy beach is 2.4 km away.



    OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets under 12 kg are accepted with a supplement.
