The exterior of the villa has a large covered terrace that surrounds the 8.5x4 meter pool, equipped with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. A beautiful built-in barbecue stands out, allowing you to enjoy delicious meals outdoors. The parking on the same plot has capacity for two vehicles, and the plot is completely closed, guaranteeing privacy and security.
