Two of them have two single beds each (90x1.90), while the third bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.60x1.90) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, there is another bathroom with a shower for greater comfort.







Access the ground floor via internal or external stairs and discover a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove. A porch/terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors, near the pool and barbecue. This floor houses three more bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x1.90), another for 4 people with a double bed (1.35x1.90) and two single beds (90x1.90), and the last one with a double bed. marriage (1.60x1.90). A bathroom with shower completes this floor.







The villa offers a large plot with stunning views, an 8x4 pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. Enjoy delicious meals on the covered terrace with gas barbecue. The parking lot on the same plot has space for 2/3 cars.
