On the GROUND FLOOR, you will find a generous lounge-dining room equipped with Spanish television and Internet, providing a perfect atmosphere to relax. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, providing all the comforts for preparing delicious meals. Additionally, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with bathtub on this floor.
Going up the internal stairs to the UPPER FLOOR, you will discover a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. From this level, you will be able to enjoy impressive views of the Peñon de Ifach and Calpe. There is also another bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. An independent bathroom with shower completes the amenities on this floor.
The EXTERIOR of the villa offers a pleasant area with a private swimming pool of 8x4 metres, accompanied by metal stairs and a refreshing shower. For evening gatherings outdoors, a brick-built barbecue is available. Parking on the plot can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
The LOCATION of the villa is exceptional, situated in the exclusive area of "Gargasindi". The beaches are just 1 km away, whilst the centre of Calpe and a supermarket are only 600 m away, making everything accessible on foot.
