Holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms on one floor. It has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.
INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists of the UPPER FLOOR in which we will find a spacious living-dining room with TV SAT/TDT. A fully equipped kitchen with gas fire and dishwasher. There are two large bedrooms with two single beds each and two bedrooms with a double bed each. In addition to a bathroom with shower and a toilet. The GROUND FLOOR is closed and uninhabited during the rental.
EXTERNAL: Nice 8x4 pool area with roman steps, outdoor shower and a bathroom with shower. There is also a covered built-in barbecue for outdoor meals. It has parking for two vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area called "Benicolada" given the proximity to the center of Calpe of 600 m as well as all other facilities. The sandy beach is accessible in 1.3 km.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with a supplement.
