In the resort 3 km from the centre of Calpe, 25 km from the centre of Benidiorm, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 2 km from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (14 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking at the house. Grocery 1.7 km, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bar 1 km, bus stop "Parada Bus" 550 m, sandy beach "Playa de la Fossa" 2.1 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Les Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest. Hiking paths: Peñón de Ifach. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
