IMPORTANT: In the villa, all facilities are available EXCEPT THE MAIN HOUSE WHICH IS CLOSED for guests who will be staying in two apartments located in the lower part of the property. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. YOU can use ALL FACILITIES, terraces, barbecue, and swimming pool. The villa and its pool are TOTALLY PRIVATE. AIR CONDITIONING: in the living rooms.

Der Ausblick war traumhaft. Der Pool mit AußenkĂŒche sehr sehr schön und praktisch. Schön gepflegtes AußengrundstĂŒck. GrundsĂ€tzlich wĂ€re eine Modernisierung der Innenausstattung denkbar. KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke sind etwas altmodisch, recht klein ohne Innenbeleuchtung. Im mittlerem Appartment, Kinderzimmer fehlt vor dem Fenster ein Fliegengitter. Ein neuer Kleiderschrank wĂ€re schön. Der Vorhandene ist quasi nur ein Kasten in dem man nicht wirklich einrĂ€umen kann. Ein Spiegel in dem Raum wĂ€re schön. Über die Klimaanlage waren wir sehr dankbar. Ein zweites Paar SchlĂŒssel fĂŒr jedes Appartment wĂ€re praktisch. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und wĂŒrden wieder buchen.

Gran villa con piscina y vistas espectaculares

Pasamos unos dias de descanso tranquilos. Nos decidimos principalmente por la gran piscina y el espacio com cocina que tenia en la misma zona. Los dos apartamentos muy espaciosos. Por poner algĂșn pero, algunas instalaciones necesitan reforma y los utensilios de la barbacoa estaban algo sucios.

Superbe maison

Maison trĂšs spacieuse de 3 niveaux avec un logement indĂ©pendant de 2 chambres Ă  chaque niveau. Cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e dans chaque logement. Le plus sympa est en haut, le moins sympa est en bas mais reste impeccable. Piscine chauffĂ©e trĂšs grande et agrĂ©able. Un pool house trĂšs pratique avec Ă©vier frigo barbecue et local avec douche lave linge wc. Des citronniers dans le jardin du bas. Manque une table de Ping Pong pour les joueurs et possibilitĂ© de faire un petit terrain de pĂ©tanque en bas entre les citronniers. Vue magnifique sur la baie de Calpe pour le logement du haut le plus cossu. PossibilitĂ© de faire une balade sur la colline qui surplombe la maison avec vue imprenable sur Calpe d’un cĂŽtĂ© et Altea de l’autre. L’agence est Ă  100m Ă  pied plus bas. Je dĂ©conseille fortement le restaurant en face de l’agence, accueil trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able (pas de bonjour et un au revoir timide) on se sent surveillĂ© et les plats ne sont pas exceptionnels, n’aime visiblement pas les français (et la bonne cuisine) et pour preuve nous Ă©tions les seuls frenchies. Le restaurant plus bas au port n’a rien Ă  voir, la gde classe et de vrais pros de la restauration. Y’a pas photo !! Pour en revenir Ă  la maison : Plage superbe et intimiste accessible Ă  pied en bas Ă  400m en longeant la rue (plage de galets non surveillĂ©e mais trĂšs agrĂ©able et propre, je prĂ©fĂšre ces plages trĂšs calmes Ă  celles du centre bondĂ©es et bruyantes, idĂ©ale pour le snorkeling, j’y ai d’ailleurs vu un poulpe cachĂ© sous un rocher Ă  20m du bord, outre les nombreux poissons, oursins et Bernard Lhermitte. Parking Ă  voiture 2 places trĂšs pratique sous un porche au pied de la maison. Portail grille motorisĂ©. Maison superbe bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Je recommande.
