Lovely cosy Villa in Calpe,Costa Blanca-Urbanizacion Ortembach-quiet area with the views of Peñón de Ifach ,only 15 minute stroll to the Arenal and Levante beach where you will find many bars,restaurants and shops,within walking distance of the center of Calpe.Guests have the freedom to exclusive use of the entire outside space, garden, pool,shower, terrace,barbeque.There is also public transport where you can take a bus to Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm),Alicante ect.
The house have 2 bedrooms and bathroom, big living rom, american kitchen,big terrace, wifi, TV,dishwasher, washing mashine.
There is independient apartment with 1 bedroom,salon with american kitchen and 1 bathroom.
A security deposit of €500.00 is required for this rental
