It has capacity for 6 people. A main room with an en-suite bathroom with shower, exterior and ceiling fan, another exterior room with two single beds with a ceiling fan as well. A bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven, dishes, kitchenware, coffee maker, etc. From where you can go out to one of the terraces facing north, perfect for enjoying food in the shade in summer. On the other hand, the living room leads to the terrace with views of the Rock and the sea with a table and chairs to enjoy the Mediterranean from your apartment.

The building has a large community pool with several areas of shade and sun. It also includes a parking lot in the same building.

La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, cerca de tiendas y de la playa. El edificio está bien mantenido. Es una pena que no haya aire acondicionado en el apartamento. A partir de mediados de junio hace demasiado calor y es difícil enfriar el apartamento. Instalar un sistema de aire acondicionado no es tan caro. Las tuberías ya están presentes. Por tanto representaría un gran valor añadido. Esto supone un pequeño esfuerzo económico para el propietario y mayor comodidad para los inquilinos.
