With 110 m² of living space and a 711 m² plot, our villa offers all the room you need for a leisurely stay. Enjoy the private pool, relax on the terrace, or prepare a delicious barbecue outdoors.
Prime location: just 5 km from the beaches and 3.5 km from the historic centre of Calonge, you can combine relaxation with fun and explore the charms of the Costa Brava.
Amenities: air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, alarm system, fireplace, pergola, outdoor parking, garage, and barbecue.
Outdoor spaces: private pool, terrace, and garden—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.
Cosy interior: the villa features 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers, one with outdoor access.
Peaceful setting: the villa is in a quiet area, ideal for resting and enjoying nature.
Our villa is perfect for families with children. The garden is safe and spacious, and the private pool is ideal for cooling off on hot days.
This house is rented from Friday to Friday in July and August.
Groups of guests under 25 are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. Pets (maximum 2) are allowed for an extra fee.
