This beautiful modern-style house, with private pool and garden, is located in a prestigious urbanization in the municipality of Calonge, in the center of the Costa Brava, a flat, accessible and quiet area. It has air conditioning in the living-dining room and downstairs bedroom. With a capacity of 6 people, it has 3 double rooms with private bathroom and dressing room. It is an open concept house. It also has a high chair and a travel cot for children. With pool and garden maintenance service.

It is distributed over 2 floors:Ground floor: 1 bedroom with bathroom, living-dining room, kitchen, laundry room, WC.1st floor: 2 bedrooms with bathroom.Swimming pool: 3.5x7m
