"We had a great stay at the property and the property manager was very helpful and prompt. The pool area is amazing and the views from the villa were lovely. The air conditioning was better in some rooms than others but I think we noticed this more due to a very hot week but overall this was a lovely place to spend a week with the family."

The host had not mentioned any of this even though we booked more than a year ago and she had known since Sept 2022. This would have probably changed our booking. There was no offer of any compensation even though there was building work being carried out 5 days a week. My car was so dirty I had to jet wash it when we left. Generally...

"Very basic room, definitely overpriced. No air conditioning, no fridge in room, towels that look really old and thin, old bulky tv, mattress cover a bit dirty... Absolutely no effort in spending a little to make it a bit decent. The price, however, is quite high (granted it was high season, but still). Location is ok as in 2min from beach, but it is next to a busy road so expect noise. We only stayed for 1 night and it was fine just to sleep and go, but don't stay there for more than that."
